1. How do I get advice?

Nicerr is the fastest way to get high-quality advice. This is how it works:

  1. Submit your requirements – what are you looking for
  2. Get adviser recommendations based on your needs and select the advisor you want to meet
  3. Book your meeting by paying the meeting fee for the selected advisor

A lot of people do not accept connection requests from people they don’t know. Moreover, connections on LinkedIn may not translate into a meeting.

3. Why do you charge a fee?

We take only 10% of the meeting fee($3 per meeting on average) that helps us cover the expenses related to transferring the donations to charities and keep our platform running.

4. What if you don't have an adviser that matches my requirements?

We have a lot of advisers from a variety of domains and functions, so the chances of this happening are low. But if we don’t have an adviser that matches your requirements, we will source one for you. We have done that before and it worked out great. We don’t believe in customer service, we believe in customer success.

5. How do I pay?

We will route your contribution to the charity. You will pay either using interac email transfer, or PayPal which are working to integrate at the moment. And yes, you will pay only after your meeting is confirmed.

6. Will I get a tax receipt?

Unfortunately, not at the moment. We are currently working with legal and tax experts to streamline the tax receipt stuff.

7. My meeting is confirmed. What do I do now?

Congratulations. Here are a few things you can do to make the most from your meeting:

a. Prepare for your meeting by researching the professional you will be meeting. But be careful not to stalk them.

b. Please understand that although you may be “paying” for the meeting, the other person is also contributing her/his valuable time. Please be respectful and courteous.

c. For an in-person meeting, arrive at the location at least 5 minute early, If meeting in a cafe, offer to cover the cost of her/his beverage.

d. For a phone or video call, follow the instructions provided in the meeting invite.

8. My meeting didn't go well. What can I do?

We’re sorry to hear that. Please let us know about your experience. We will do our best to ensure that your concerns are taken care of.
